Carole joined our receptionist team bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the medical field.

Her background includes working as a medical administrator/practice manager for a busy plastic surgery practice, where she developed a strong passion for patient care and delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

Outside of work, she is a devoted wife, mum, and proud nana to three wonderful grandchildren. She loves spending quality time with her family, getting stuck into DIY projects, going for walks, and travelling whenever she can.
