Denny has over 30 years of experience as a nurse, originally qualifying in South Africa.

She has been working in New Zealand for over 25 years – mostly in surgical wards at North Shore Hospital. In the last five years, she has focused her practice mostly on skin cancer in community outpatient clinics.

When Denny is not nursing she is often gardening, running, and providing piano lessons.
